Delivery Schedule You will receive an automatic order acknowledgement by email: if this fails to reach you, the confirmation will be returned to us because the email address you have supplied is not valid. You should contact us using a valid email address as soon as possible: we may not be able to process your order without a vaild email contact.Goods to be shipped 'First Class' or 'Special Delivery' are usually despatched the same day if we receive your order before 12 noon (Monday~Friday) provided that we have the stock and your payment details have been verified. Such orders always receive priority treatment. All other orders will be despatched the following day. Returns Policy
a) Items that are unsuitable or no longer requiredShould your new purchase prove unsuitable, for whatever reason, you may return it to us in original, saleable condition, including all manufacturer's packaging and labels, for exchange or refund (of the item cost) within 10 working days of receipt. It is therefore necessary that you open the manufacturer's packaging as carefully as possible. For example, SportsBras & Supatherm Supports are supplied in plastic 'ziplock' packages, and we cannot accept back packages that have been cut or torn open for the simple reason that our next customer for that item will object to receiving the item with damaged packaging.Please visit www.sportsaver.co.uk/general/returns.php , within 7 days of receipt of your order and fill out the Returns Authorization Form: this will generate your Returns Authorization Number(RAN). Without a RAN your return will not be accepted. You should include a note stating which outcome you require (refund or exchange). Please understand that we will only refund the cost of the goods, not any p&p or delivery charge unless we have supplied the wrong item by mistake. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any returned items are adequately insured, and that they retain proof of posting. It can take up to 7 working days for a refund to appear as cleared funds in your account, and we will only action refunds when we have received, and inspected, the returned item(s).b) Faulty ItemsIf you believe an item you have purchased to be faulty, then contact us to determine the next step.
