2010 - A Special Year for Hilly
Dr. Ron Hill MBE
2010 is the 40th anniversary of Dr. Ron Hill, MBE becoming the first Briton to win the Boston Marathon. Dr. Hill, Hilly's founder and sock designer went on to achieve a personal best time of 2:09.28 later that year when he also became the Commonwealth marathon champion.
