Returns Authorization form

You only need to use this form if you want to return an item, so that we can expect to receive it and know who has returned the item(s).

Please note, you must include any items that were "free" as part of a special offer in order to recieve a full refund. Otherwise we shall deduct the 'offer' item price from your refund.

You should post your return within 7 working days of receiving your goods, and you should consider using a Recorded service, or retain 'Proof of Posting' (this does not affect your Statutory Rights).
